Refund Policy
In case of instabilities in the proxy operation (severe speed drops, IP cannot be changed, proxies are invalid) that we fail to solve for more than 24 hours, the client can demand a refund for the period when the proxies were unstable, as well as for the entire remaining paid period of the proxy validity. The client can also demand a refund if the problems were resolved but then occurred again, and the number of failures was 3 or more within 24 hours. In all other cases, refunds are not possible.
